Whenever Gibson's friend is looking for Hokkien Cuisine in Penang, Gibson always recommended TangShan Cuisine. Although they also have Cantonese cuisine in their menu, somehow the flavourful Hokkien dishes are the main attraction to Gibson., and due to it heavy tastes, you can enjoy a dish that full of difference flavours and textures, a great pairing for steamed rice.

Dined here few times, but each times too excited with the food and forgot to take photographs. So when we decided to celebrate friend's birthday here, Gibson kept reminding himself to take photographs, so that he can share the post.
We didn't order much of their recommended dishes this round, but we make sure that we didn't miss the Yam sticks, the best desserts in the house.
