In conjunction with Chinese New Year, Pacific West hosted a get-together event themed ‘Prosperous 2020’ in collaboration with The Prestige Hotel for the media. The hotel chef cleverly paired the Pacific West product with our local delight.

Sweet Chilli Fish Cocktail with Nasi Lemak

Deep Fried Tempura Prawns with Creamy salted egg yolk

Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral Loaded Fries

Popcorn fish with caramelized pineapple & tomato cherry

Panko Coated Squid Strips with Mango Salad

Pacific West also introduces 3 new additions to the family, namely the Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral, Panko Coated Squid Strips and Sweet Chilli Fish Cocktails.

In conjunction with the new launch, stand a chance to win a premium Vaya Tyfynn lunchbox with every purchase of the participating products from 1st January 2020 to 31st March 2020.
