The new restaurant at Eastern & Oriental Hotel, the Java Tree will be serving an assortment of Straits Nyonya (Southern recipes) and classic European dishes. You may be familiar with Penang style's Northern Nyonya, but the Southern recipes is a whole new world for you to explore, and now you don't need to travel south to taste it.

Both Straits Nyonya and classic European dishes have a vast selection of menu that will be serving either A la Cart or Set.
