=Penang= Blue Chang Modern Thai Cuisine

 

You can find a huge number of Thai Restaurants in Penang but most of it are more into Southern Thai cuisine, but a hidden gem in the Pulau Tikus back alley, the Blue Chang Modern Thai Cuisine is one of the exceptional, as they offer more on the Center Thai side, especially Bangkok latest menu that you blow your mind away.

However, one thought by visiting this particular restaurant will be a great journey to explore the best food in Bangkok, but unfortunately the companion of this occasion was a gang of uncles and ended up ordering dull dishes.

Lesson learned, next time go dining, must avoid uncles, no offence.

On the bright side, even though we had ordered those common dishes in the menu, they still offer a great meal with full satisfaction of the taste side.
